Beyond Meat (Vegan)
Brioche Buns
Lettuce
Onion
Tomato
Sauce of choice
My Mama’s Ghee
My Mama’s Masala (Vegan)
Preparation
Take out Beyond Meat patties from its covering and place in a medium bowl. In the bowl, use 1 tablespoon of My Mama’s Vegan Meat Masala, a pinch of cayenne, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix until seasoning is fully spread across and divide the “meat” in 2 equal parts into a patty shape.
On a baking tray, slightly spread My Mama’s Ghee. Place patties on tray. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping half way for another 10 minutes.
Cut onion, tomato, and lettuce to your liking.
Place brioche buns, patty, lettuce, onion, and tomato to serve.
