My Mama’s Ghee
1 Banana
Dash of cinnamon
Honey roasted almonds (optional)
Preparation
Peel one banana and cut into halves then fourths. So you have four pieces of banana.
Let a pan warm and place a teaspoon of My Mama’s Ghee in a pan. Place bananas and cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, flip and cook for one more minute.
Place bananas on plate. Throw in a dash of cinnamon and top with honey roasted almonds to your liking.
